  I am Pastor Willie J. Oliver, II, and I have the honor and pleasure of serving the community as President of NAACP Branch 1034. Our branch is designed to uphold the mission of the NAACP, which is to secure the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights in order to eliminate race-based discrimination and ensure the health and well-being of all persons.
     As NAACP Branch 1034, we need the help of the community to achieve change and success. Together we can achieve the 6 Game Changers needed to make a difference:
1. Economic Sustainability, 2. Education, 3. Health, 4. Public Safety and Criminal Justice, 5. Voting Rights and Political Representation, 6. Expanding Youth and Young Adult Engagement.
     The change that we want to see must first begin with us. Together we can achieve what we are focused on. So let us fight, work, and succeed side by side because “Many Hands Makes A Heavy Load Light.”
